(the “Company”). that provides tools for creators and event hosts to increase their productivity by collecting payments, managing access and engaging their audience all from one place.We value your privacy and want to clarify hоw wе collect, utilize аnd share your data. By using Nestuge, you agree to the collection, usage and sharing of your data as explained in this Policy.

Information You Give

We ask you to provide information during your account creation such as name, email, and phone number. Additionally, we collect your bank account information when you create paid events.

Analytics and Log Data: As you navigate through Nestuge, we and our third-party providers may collect information such as the pages you visit, search terms, device information, operating system and other user interactions.

Additional Data: We may solicit that you participate in our user surveys where we can request for additional information like your gender, race and your skills. This is to help better improve the Platform and make it safe for all people.

With Event Hosts

When joining an event or class, we provide your information such as display name, phone number and email address to the host of such event. We also provide platinum hosts the extra information they may require from their subscribers.

With third party

We will never sell your data to any third party. We share your data with our service providers to assist us in providing certain services such as analyzing how the platform is used, processing of payment and settlement, email marketing and awareness. These providers are obligated to secure the data they receive either directly from you or that we share with them. The information you share with the platform is also available to the Company and is bound by this same policy. In the case of financing, liquidation, acquisition or merger, we may share your information with our partners.

In order to protect our users’ rights and integrity of the Company and the Platform, we may share information about you if we are reasonably required to comply with the local laws, legal process and government requests.

Data Security & Retention

We value the security of your personal information and as such we protect this data according to generally acceptable standards. We provided our contact details where you can report individual hosts or events that go against your policies. Our support team will investigate and act appropriately.

As much as we try to secure your information the best way possible, we can not guarantee you absolute security since no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is 100%. Incase of any data leaks or breach, we will promptly notify you. We will only retain personal information on our servers for as long as is reasonably necessary as long as we are providing Services to you. If you choose to delete your account which you can inform us about via email, your information is stored on our servers to the extent necessary to comply with regulatory obligations and for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection and prevention. Where we retain your Personal Data, we do so in compliance with limitation periods under the applicable law.

We do not moderate the sharing of links to other sites on the Platform. Clicking on any external link will redirect you to the site and we can not guarantee you the safety of such sites or protect you from frauds like phishing and so on.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to operate or create accounts on any product of Nestuge.

When we make changes that adversely affect your rights under this policy, we let you know by sending an in-app notification to you on the Platform.
