We are seeking a QA Specialist who will design, own, and continuously improve Nestuge’s entire Quality Assurance process across all products and releases.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Nestuge’s end-to-end QA strategy, standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Define and enforce clear “Definition of Done” criteria with Product and Engineering.

  • Plan and execute comprehensive testing across web app, creator tools, payments, and onboarding flows.

  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing with real-world usage scenarios in mind.

  • Identify high-risk edge cases, failure modes, and potential regressions before release.

  • Introduce and maintain test automation where it delivers clear value.

  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for releases, signing off on feature readiness and risk trade-offs.

  • Validate fixes post-release and support staged rollouts, feature flags, and monitoring.

Skills

  • Proven experience in QA or software testing for web or SaaS products.

  • Experience building or significantly improving QA processes from scratch.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools.

  • Ability to think systemically about products and empathetically about user behavior.

  • Excellent written communication for test cases, bug reports, and documentation.

  • High attention to detail with sound judgment on risk versus delivery speed.
