How to connect your Telegram to Nestuge

Before you begin, make sure you have installed and signed in to the Telegram app on the device you are connecting with.

1. Log in to your Nestuge dashboard at app.nestuge.com.

2. Click on “Integrations” in the main menu at the left side of the page on a desktop. (On mobile, click on the three lines at the top left corner to open the menu, then click on Integrations).

3. Find and click on “Telegram” in the list of apps available, then click on “Connect with Telegram”.

4. If prompted by your browser, agree to open this page in the app.

Once you successfully open the Telegram app, you will receive a success message from the Nestue bot in the Telegram app.

5. Next, you will need to give the Nestuge bot permission to manage your Telegram group for you.

6. With the Nestuge bot chat page still open in Telegram, click on the chat header to see more details, then click on “Add to Group or Channel”.

7. Select the group you want the Nestuge bot to manage and make sure you grant the bot Admin Rights. Also allow the other default permission toggles as they are, then finish by clicking on “Add bot as Admin”.

8. You will receive a success message in the group informing you that the group was successfully added to your Nestuge account.

After completing the steps above, you will see this group (and all groups where you have added the Nestuge bot as Admins) in your Nestuge dashboard whenever you need to add a Telegram automation to any of your Nests^TM.
